Management
In the teaching field, management is responsible among other things for the conception, planning and implementation of teaching programs, the appointment of teaching staff, program coordinators and project supervisors, externally financed productions, the development of the local media production environment for graduates and start-up firms, and collaboration with regional and national broadcasters and production companies.
In the administration field, management responsibilities include financing and accounting, annual reports, controlling, risk management, acquisitions, legal issues, staff planning and general administrative and corporate organization.
