The Head of Studies coordinates the film academy’s curriculum in consultation with the Artistic Director and the individual departments. The DS ensures that teaching programs run smoothly and deals with any clashes of schedules or interests that may emerge. On a conceptual level, a central concern of the Director of Studies is to ensure efficient interdisciplinary integration between study programs, subjects and courses.
