The planning and organization of film projects at the Film Academy are coordinated by the Senior Production Manager. He monitors the progress of projects, advises students and cooperates closely with program coordinators and supervisors to ensure that Film Academy guidelines are adhered to during filming in terms of technical and organizational requirements and safety regulations. He checks project folders to ensure they meet the required financial, legal and planning standards. Final approval of project folders is given by the Film Academy's management.
