Steven Tralongo is a writer/director based in Southern California.

Caleb Deschanel once said to him, “Remember we’re not trying to recreate reality, we’re trying to discover truth.” Steven has tried to use those words as his work’s guiding principle.

In 2022, SHOOT Magazine / SHOOTonline selected Steven to be part of their prestigious New Directors Showcase.

In addition to his commercial work Steven is currently polishing his debut feature script, “Night Beat”, which was awarded with a semifinal placement in Outstanding Screenplays’ Feature Script Competition.

Steven is also in pre-production on a short film that is set to begin principle photography in early 2023.
