David Helmut is a cinematographer and director from Augsburg in Germany. He has been working tirelessly to improve his method of capturing stories ever since he stole his parents' first camcorder in 1995. In 2010, David founded the independent film label "Geek Picture" and began work as a professional director. He has made several TV commercials, music videos and short films while studying Directing at the Macromedia University of Applied Sciences in Munich. In addition to his passion for advertising, he's also planning to write and direct feature films over the coming years.
