The equality managers help to enforce the constitutionally required equal opportunities for women and men and to eliminate existing disadvantages for women. The tasks of the equality managers include advising and supporting women and men in individual cases with regard to career advancement, the elimination of disadvantages and issues relating to the reconciliation of work and family life and the reconciliation of work and care.
We support in:
- personnel matters (job advertisements, promotion, further training, re-entry),
- personnel-wise, organizational and social measures of the Filmakademie, insofar as these may have an impact on the professional situation of female employees (e.g. drafting of assessment guidelines, measures to protect against sexual harassment
- intended rejection of an application for family-friendly working hours, part-time employment or remote work,
- and are contact persons in cases of discrimination, sexual discrimination, abuse of power, mobbing, stalking, sexual harassment and violence; we accompany and take measures.
Information about the personal and informational circumstances of those affected will not be passed on to third parties or otherwise used without their consent. The equality managers are to be involved in all personnel matters if the persons concerned do not object to participation.
In the performance of all tasks, the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg promotes the actual implementation of equal opportunities for women and men and works towards the elimination of existing disadvantages; it actively promotes an increase in the proportion of women in all subjects and at all levels in which women are underrepresented and ensures a better compatibility of family and career. In all tasks and decisions, it takes into account the gender-specific effects.
