The Equality Plan is an inventory and descriptive evaluation of the employee structure of the Filmakademie. With the goals and personnel-wise, organizational, training and qualifying measures defined in the plan, it is intended to promote the actual implementation of equal rights for women and men, as well as to work towards the elimination of existing disadvantages.
The plan is based on the Equal Opportunities Act and the State Higher Education Act of the state and takes into account the Federal Equal Opportunities Act as well as the minimum requirements of the EU guidelines for applying for EU project funding for participation in the Horizon Europe projects (EMIL and MAX-R).
In addition, it is an essential instrument for human resources planning and development and forms an important basis for the sustainable targeted advancement of women.
The equality managers accompany the continuation and regular evaluation of the Equality Plan, ensure its implementation and compliance, and support the management in its implementation.
