As part of their funding programme, each year the VFF Verwertungsgesellschaft der Film- und Fernsehproduzenten (Critical Association of Film and TV Producers) awards scholarships to students at film schools in Germany, amounting to a monthly remuneration of €550.00. This is intended to help qualified students focus on their studies. The advisory board with ten judges makes decides the recipients of the scholarships.
The scholarship is awarded for the minimum term of one semester, usually for two semesters. It is possible to reapply. All matriculated students majoring in Production/Media Studies at film schools in Germany may apply.
